Book in a 2:1 Personal Training session with me - great way to have a fun session with a friend. Note: I do not typically recommend 2:1 boxing sessions if you are keen to sharpen your skills and get more technique focussed sessions, as I am not able to give you as much attention as I can with a 1:1 - it is particularly difficult if you are both at different skill levels. However, 2:1's are great for fitness!
