


Welcome! I am Coach T.
With 10 years boxing experience, I help women lose weight, build muscle (if that's the goal) and rediscover their potential through movement in the form of boxing and strength training. I believe that everyone should do weight training and if they have the ability to do cardio on top, I prefer it to come in the form of boxing or sport (I am happy for clients to simply get their steps in if they prefer). I am not a restrictive individual and wouldn't make my clients do anything I wouldn't do myself.

My purpose in coaching
In my twenties, I was incredibly disconnected from myself, my purpose and those around me. I felt unmotivated in my job, resentful towards people close to me and I was constantly seeking validation from outside of myself. Even when I boxed, it wasn't about me, it was about what others thought. My self-confidence was lacking and that need for external validation eventually pushed me to a breaking point. But hitting that low was a pivotal moment, something had to change. In taking radical responsibility for my life, I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and completed 30 hours of nonstop gruelling physical activity, on a spiritual/inner work retreat with 17 other strangers.
Through this, I not only realised how capable the human body is, but that real growth comes from within, and following this, my entire life changed. I started facing uncomfortable truths, letting go of what no longer aligned with my growth, and pushing myself into places I had long avoided. In simpler terms, I began to heal and reconnect with myself. It wasn’t easy, but through this process, I immersed myself in boxing from a totally new perspective, strengthened the most important relationships in my life, met my life partner and I gained the confidence to start my own business. Through coaching I can only hope to inspire others to take ownership of their lives, embrace positive change, and build their self-confidence.
